I am logged out of my account and cannot gain access as I forgot my admin username. My internet is having domain issues with att service and just trying to troubleshoot where the issue may be. Att says service is fine on their end but I cannot connect on my devices

Hi @Gcraft1996

 

Can you connect at least to the SSID/Wi-Fi signals if you can, please connect and confirm that the internet is via wireless, by running a speed test, now to test your own AT&T router, you need to wire the computer to the AT&T and run the same speed test, if the issue is only present in the wireless environment please follow up the next guide, with the credentials for the app try the next default bundle.
