Wifi not working....

Cox repairman had to reroute from Ruckus to Cox router for wifi to work and said Ruckus box is broken

Hi @arizdare

 

 

Please describe what is the Issue and to what box of RUCKUS you are taking the Access Points in the ceiling or the ICX7150 Switch in your cabinet.

 

1:Please, confirm if the Switch is powering up.

2:Please confirm if the ICx7150 Switch SYST LED light is amber or green

3:1:Please, confirm if the Access points are powering up.
