It wont allow me to send picture. Something is exceeded. The devices on the ceiling does not have any power. I plugged the wire from the router/wifi from frontier and showing a blinking green on the ruckus on the wall. However the devices on the ceiling both do not have power. What to do next?

Please let us know whether you have tried accessing your switch CLI and entered the commands mentioned in the above posts.
If not please try to take access to the switch using the two ways and enter the following commands.
enable
Show version
Show inline power
Show inline power detail
Once you have done with the above process please share the output of the commands.
