Access points arent working

Access points arent working and so the internet cannot be accessed throughout the whole house. We use ziply fiber as out internet provider. We need someone who is with ruckus not ziply fiber to come take a look and fix the issue. How can we contact someone??

Too add to this. We just moved in the house recently and the ruckus access points were never set up when we got here so we need to have them set up
