POE Firmware 00.0.0 - How to Fix?

SanD326

Hello,

I recently firmware updated my switch to the latest firmware (version: 08.0.95rT211). I went to 08.0.85gT211, but I went with the latest because I thought it would fix the PoE issue (it didn't).

When I "show inline power" all my ports have an "Admin State" of "On".

When I "show inline power detail" here's what it shows:

Power Supply Data:
++++++++++++++++++

Power Supply #1:
Max Curr: 2.3 Amps
Voltage: 54.0 Volts
Capacity: 124 Watts
PoePower: 124 Watts

POE Details Info. On Unit 1 :

General PoE Data:
+++++++++++++++++

Firmware
Version
----------------
00.0.0

Hardware
Version
----------------
0x0

How can I update the PoE Firmware version? I can't seem to get power to my APs.

Thanks,

Sandy
