Hi @Muyfo

Thank you for the information you shared.

We may have to factory reset your Access Points and try. Please follow the below process to factory reset your APs to configure them with a new SSID.

IMPORTANT NOTE: To perform a factory reset correctly on one of the access points, you must disconnect the rest of your other access points from the "ICX-7150-switch". For example, if you have 3 access points, you should go to the switch and disconnect 2 of the cables to turn off the "2 access points" and only leave 1 connected with which we are going to work the factory reset once you configure the access point and make sure all is good, go ahead and reconnect the other Access Points back.

Hello and thanks for your earlier response. Could I please get some further help on how to address the previous issue. I have also depressed the reset button on the back of the AP and the power cycles through the red light and finally stays solid green with the CTL still slowly flashing green.

Hi @Muyfo

Greetings!!!

Thank you for the response.

Please perform the factory reset on the affected access point from scratch as described in my previous post. Make sure you unplug all the Access Points except ONE on which you perform the factory reset process. Once you complete it, connect the unplugged Access point cables back to the Switch ports and they will sync up with the configurations from the factory reset Access Point.

Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

I performed a factory reset as instructed for the Master AP while the other AP was unplugged. I plugged back the affected AP after I created a new unleashed log in and the same light indications came on (slow blinking green light for the CTL). So the situation persists.

Hi @Muyfo

Greetings!!!

Thank you for the response and the update.

Please perform the factory reset process on the affected AP. Please note, that the AP on which you perform the factory reset will become Master.

Please check and let me know if that works.

Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
