Need help reconnecting an offline access point. I have two AP. The master works fine but the other has a solid green on the PWR and a slow flashing green on the CTL.

Those lights are not on. Just the same light indications as previously mentioned.

Thank you for the response and the information you shared.
Please connect both the APs to the Switch and check if you see the IP addresses for the APs.
I will leave you a guide on how to perform an IP scanner on your local network to identify the Access Points IP addresses very easily.
How to find my Ruckus “Devices IP address” using free applications:
If you see the IP Addresses with the name ‘Ruckus Wireless’ please try to access them.

I see the IP address to only one AP.
