Access point offline

Need help reconnecting an offline access point. I have two AP.  The master works fine but the other has a solid green on the PWR and a slow flashing green on the CTL.

As you can see on the screen shot, the summary indicates there is only one AP indicated on the unleashed network.

Thank you for the response.

Could you please directly connect the AP to the ISP (Internet Service Provider's) Router with a ethernet cable and check if you can an IP address of that AP and try to access it from a web browser?

Once you connect the AP to the ISP Router, do you see 2.4G or 5G lights?

Hi @Muyfo 

Also please make sure to keep 12 VDC power adapter connected along with the ethernet cable when you connect directly to the ISP Router.
