Access point offline

Need help reconnecting an offline access point. I have two AP.  The master works fine but the other has a solid green on the PWR and a slow flashing green on the CTL.

After the reset, the AP is now off line, with only the PWR light having a solid green and a slow blinking green on the CTL. The AP is no longer showing a light on the 2.4 and 5 G and not displaying on the unleashed network.

Hello thank you for the quick response. I answered this question previously. The other AP is not being recognized by the unleashed system even though it's connected to it. Again, the AP is only showing a solid green on the PWR and slow blinking green on the CTL after multiple resets with the POE and the 12 vdc..
