Thank you for the response and the update.
Please perform the factory reset using the paper clip as explained previously by connecting to an external power 12 VDC adapter to connect to the R510 Access Point and check it separately without connecting to the Switch PoE port cable. (Please refer to the below screenshot). Usually, you will find the 12 VDC adapter connected to your ISP’s (Internet Service Provider’s) Router/Modem-Router combo device. Once you complete it you can plug it into the Switch ports and once it is up you can connect other Access Points as well.
Please check the Access Point following the above process and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

Do you see Two different IP addresses for both APs?
If yes, please log in to both the Unleashed systems and check the Unleashed Versions, both need to be on the same version in order to have a single Unleashed system after a factory reset with a Master AP and slave APs. (Please refer to the below screenshot to check the Unleashed Version). Please share screenshots showing versions of both the APs.
