Need help reconnecting an offline access point. I have two AP. The master works fine but the other has a solid green on the PWR and a slow flashing green on the CTL.

Thank you for the response.
All the RUCKUS R510 Access Points should be in a single unleashed system with ONE master and other slave APs (please refer to the below screenshot). The Wi-Fi network you configure in the Unleashed should be broadcasted from all the Access Points since they will be in a single Unleashed system. When your connected device moves closer to any Access Point it will switch to it on the same Wi-Fi network.
Do you see all your RUCKUS Access Points in the Unleashed system as shown in the above screenshot?

I understand the point you stated. I do see the access point in the unleashed system, however The devices are not connecting to the access point that was just added. The configured Wi-Fi network are only broadcasting from one AP, the master.

Thank you for the response and the update.
We may need to factory reset the APs. Please follow the below process to factory reset your APs to configure them with a new Wi-Fi network/SSID.
IMPORTANT NOTE: To perform a factory reset correctly on one of the access points, you must disconnect the rest of your other access points from the "ICX-7150-switch". For example, if you have 3 access points, you should go to the switch and disconnect 2 of the cables to turn off the "2 access points" and only leave 1 connected with which we are going to work the factory reset once you configure the access point and make sure all is good, go ahead and reconnect the other Access Points back.

I have conducted multiple resets on the APs. Is there any other option?
