I just purchased a Lennar home which I was built with Ruckus access points.
Verizon FiOS came out and installed their wall box and than connected it to the Ruckus access point via Ethernet cable. They than told me I needed to go through the ruckus setup guide to get the internet working.
I followed the setup wizard and once the configuration system completed it said I should see my internet name in a few minutes. It’s been a hour and the name/acces point still has not shown up.
I went back to the WiFi and tried connect back to the configure.me but it keeps saying unable to connect.
not sure where to go from here

Thank you for the information you shared.
From the case description, I understand that you are unable to see your Ruckus Access points Wifi network and it is broadcasting Configure.Me network.
We would suggest you to please perform the Access point factory reset by following the Lennar Knowledge Base Self Help article using the link:

I have tried resetting the system but I am still not able to connect to the configure.me network.
it keeps saying unable to connect.

Greetings!!!
Thank you for the response and the update.
Please note you need to reset on only ONE connected Access Point by pressing the reset button situated at it's rear end. For example if you have 3 Access Points in your setup, remove the cables of any TWO Access Points, and perform the factory reset on the ONE connected access point. Once you complete it, connect the unplugged Access point cables back to the Switch ports and they will sync up with the configurations from the factory reset Access Point.
Once you press the reset button for about 15-20 seconds on the ONE connected Access Point it will broadcast configure.me-xxxxxx network try to connect to it and perform the configurations.
