My access point suddenly went into red and stuck in red light event after disconnecting and reconnecting. any help can be appreciated

Thank you for the information you shared.
As per the case description, I could understand that your Access Point suddenly stopped working with a red light on it.
May I know how many Access Points you have connected to your ICX-7150-C12P Switch and how many Access Points there is a red light?
If it is only one Access Point, could you please unplug and plug the ethernet cable of that Access Point from the Switch port panel and check the light status again?

Hi Imran,
We have two access points and one is red and other is working fine, I have tried the step you suggested and it is still in stuck in red.
We only have two access points connected to the switch

Thank you for the response and the information.
Could you please unplug and plug the Red light APs ethernet cable on other ports (any within 12 ports as shown in the below screenshot) and check the AP lights again?
