Access point config issue on wifi

I recently change my verizon router for fios wifi. Ruckus access point are not connecting to router, even I hard reset but no success. I have 4 access point and all are fail to connect. Please help!
Also one of 4 currently power led is solid green, controller is blinking, other 2 led if off.
For rest three Access points, power led is sold green, wifi led are amber and controller led of off.
With all of those, I do not see any wifi connection, even after hard reset, tried cofig with configure.Me.2C3BAO and that is unable to obtain ip address.. totally messed. Please help?!
