Access Points are offline after PGE power outage

My (Lennar) home has 3 Ruckus Access Points - all of which are now offline. We had an overnight power outage which is now resolved. However I'm unable to get the routers online. 

I followed instructions in this link to try and install new image, however now I am stuck as the download files do not contain the Boot directory / files.

Hello, I tried all steps listed. However it appears to be stuck in loop. 

It says something like "host 192.168.0.2 is not alive". Please help. 

I've set all configurations (such as ENV variables)

baudrate=9600
ipaddr=192.168.0.3
serverip=192.168.0.2
netmask=255.255.255.0
gatewayip=192.168.0.2
uboot=mnz10115.bin
image_name=SPR08090d.bin
ver=10.1.15T225 (Dec 22 2023 - 17:06:35 -0800)

Environment size: 189/16379 bytes
ICX7150-Boot>ping 192.168.0.2
Change GMAC speed to 1000MB
Using bcm_xgs_gmac-0 device
ping failed; host 192.168.0.2 is not alive

The Switch doesn't seem to be responding.. I'm unable to connect now. The lights are also off now.

Thank you for the information you shared.

On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on. (Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same, showing the light status and the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports)

Please help us with pictures of your ICX-7150-C12P Switch showing the status of the lights and cable connections to the Switch ports.
