Everything was working fine today until suddenly we stopped getting wifi. All our access points are off (no LEDs and getting cold). Nothing disconnected.
I check our 7150 C12P and it seems to be working. Two green solid lights but only two orange in the set of 12 ports. Resetting the 7150 (unplugged and held down the reset button after turning back on) multiple times doesn't seem to help. Do I have to get a new 7150 or is this fixable?

I don't think I'll be able to get output to other commands. The last time I had access, any key input would result in it outputting the line: "PoE Fatal: Vmain (48V) fault has forced all ports on slot 0 to lose power."

I hadn't closed my terminal so I still had this output from yesterday. It just goes on like this. If you hit any key, it just outputs another line of this.

Hi @kaz
Thank you for sharing the requested information.
Based on the troubleshooting you've performed, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not responding properly, and the Switch image is corrupt.
As a result, this Switch unit appears to be defective and needs to be replaced through the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process.
To initiate the replacement, Please use the private chat option to respond so we can proceed further. For your reference, I have included a screenshot below.

Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
Best regards,
Imran Sanadi
