Hi
We lost power last Saturday. Our APs are not turning on after power restoration. We try to reboot controller. We have one green and one Ambar light on the controller. We have no lights on AP units installed on the ceiling. All our house controls are on this network. We are down since several days and appreciate your urgent help.

Hi! We could not perform debug steps listed as unit was not responding. We replaced the ICX with other device and everything is back up and running. We would like to send this original unit back for the replacement. Please provide me the RTM.

Apologies, as your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch is stuck on boot mode with amber light on "SYST" and a green light on the "PWR” which is a software issue and can be fixed by software recovery process as described in previous posts. And we cannot replace the Switch without confirming if it is a Hardware issue.
Could you please share a screenshot or a picture of the error you are getting during troubleshooting this issue? Also, please share the pictures of the connections you are connected with your ICX-7150-C12P Switch to the Laptop for troubleshooting.
Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
