7150 Still asking for password after mutiple resets

I have the 7150 and R510 in my home, they were setup by Lennar (Amazon). I have tired everything from the Videos to the information in this board. I have tired both telnet and cabling and still not getting anywhere. I have completed the resets on the 7150 and It is still asking for a password, I have tired the default password - no good, In reading the reset was to bring the 7150 back to factory. The ICX Switch Quick start indicates that it should be asking me for a password to setup, Any others have this issue ?

Hi @nepa
Please confirm the reason why you are trying to gain access to the switch because for Lennar home clients no configuration is required.
Please try the next bundle which is the password bundle.
These are the credentials for the switch.
Usernames: Passwords:
admin sp-admin
super Lennar
lennar
ruckus
Ruckus!
Ruckus1
admin
password
But if you are still having the issue in password recovery then please follow the below steps:
Please try gaining access to switch via console and through CLI/console to perform a password recovery.

Recovery Process
- Console access to the switch.
How to console in the ICX-7150-C12P
- Reboot the switch with the console cable attached and press "b" until the following is displayed.
- Using the following commands to remove the password
- no password
- boot
- Set new password commands.
Enable
config t
username super password pass
Where super is the username and pass is the password
Wr mem
exit
Reload
Are you sure? (enter 'y' or 'n'): y
