I just bought a house with a Ruckus 510 AP. I've tried to reset so that I can re-configure and change the SSID and password from the old owner's name/password to my own. After re-setting, the power light turned red, flashed green, and eventually became solid green. However, the CTL light continues to flash green. With a wired, ethernet cable I can connect, so the switch is working fine. I cannot connect to unleashed, and I cannot connect to the default IP address of 192.168.1.0 -- I have tried other IP addresses, but they all time out or refuse to connect. Please help.

No, I can't log on to the Unleashed mobile app. I also can't log on to Unleashed via the web either. I performed the reset by using the reset button on the 510 AP unit. Please advise.

Thank you for the response and the information.
Please try using both Web and Mobile application.
If it’s not working, please record a short video performing the full process of factory reset to the Access Points and using Web configuration (on unleashed.ruckuswireless.com) on a laptop.

Thank you for the response.
Please note, factory reset doesn’t require you to login on Web or Unleashed App. When you use paper clip on the reset button of the Access Point and see configure.me SSID, you have to complete configuration as explained previously in factory reset guide and videos.

As previously mentioned, I have done the steps carefully and PWR and CTL lights are solid green on the 510 AP, but the 2.4G and 5G lights are neither amber nor green. Therefore, I cannot configure Configure.Me-xxxxxx because it does not connect. Please advise.
