modify radius timeout

hello,

as for as I can understand, the only way to change dot1x radius timeout on ruckus AP is connecting to the ap via ssh and using the radius-server timeout command;

but I read somewhere cloud connected AP cannot be accessed trough ssh.

where is the error?

Hi @ebi 

Ruckus cloud APs ssh access though is available for customers but the password to login is only limited to Ruckus support and engineering. You would need to open a support case for assistance. Please follow below to create a support ticket :
