Hi expert,

Please let us know how to resolve this newly arrived issue..

while we try to SSH/Console login in ICX7450 Switch, error come up- User password expired, contact admin.

Hello Bharat, what is the current version of this switch?

Have you tried performing a password recovery?

Hi Orlando,
thanks for revert.

We are using VER 09.0.00t213 on the switch with L3 feature.

I want to inform you that, we had got the access switch on HTTPS portal with the same user credentials.
after the logged in https portal, I changed the password of all users then I got the access on SSH & Console login.
But still we do not know how the user password has expired, if we have not configured any time duration for password. Also, If the password is expired, then how did I get access to https?
