From the problem description mentioned looks like unit is not powering on but could you please help us with the below details
1. I see that you mentioned there are no lights but could you please upload picture of front panel of the switch. (Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same showing the light status and the port connections)
2. Could you please let me know the light status on the Access Points, in case you have access points connected to the switch ? Any of these lights are on (Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same)
Please help us with pictures of your ICX-7150-C12P Switch showing the status of the lights. Also, light the status of Access Points.
