Port security saving learned mac add, port security doesnt work its fuction

i enable port security on ports after connect a pc, the switch learn the mac address, set violation shutdown, i swap port interface to other pc it doesn't shut downam i missing something?

It is not a valid port - Module ICX7600-4X10GF 4-port 40G Module

we are able to configure ports on this module. When we do "show int e 4/3/3" we get the error "It is not a valid port 4/3/3" so we are unable to see the details for that port. anyone else have this issue?
