hi

My rukus icx switch is not working, the devices which are connected to it are not working. Could any one help me ?

Thank you for posting you query !!!

Could you help me with below details from the switch:

1>Picture of front panel of the switch when powered on
2>Picture of front panel LED of AP connected to the switch when powered on
3>Could you please connect on console and share a picture of the error you are seeing on console
4>If you connect to console and reboot the switch and follow the below steps, are you able to go to boot mode

Reboot the switch

Keep pressing "b"

It will take you to boot mode which will look like "ICX7150_boot> "

5>Could please confirm if the switch completely dead not booting up or its booting up ?

6>Have you tried to use another power cable?

7> Have you used another power source outlet?
