Hello. I also cannot get an ICX-7150 to sync with the time server.
This is my configuration:
SSH@xxx#sh run
Current configuration:
!
ver 08.0.95nT211
!
stack unit 1
module 1 icx7150-24-port-management-module
module 2 icx7150-2-copper-port-2g-module
module 3 icx7150-4-sfp-plus-port-40g-module
!
....
!
ntp

peer 192.168.74.4
peer 192.168.74.6
peer 10.77.25.126
The clock is set to UTC, and is within 20 seconds of the actual time. When rebooting, this was the log entry:
Oct 29 00:45:48 informational NTP: The system clock is not synchronized and does not have a reference configured.
I have saved the config, and reloaded the switch. These are my association and status
SSH@xxx#sh ntp s
Clock is unsynchronized, no reference clock
NTP server mode is disabled, NTP client mode is enabled
NTP master mode is disabled, NTP master stratum is 8
NTP is not in panic mode

I have captures from the firewall it is directly connected to showing the ntp requests and the ntp replies, but the switch does not seem to be processing the ntp replies and setting the clock.
Any ideas?
