We have a couple dozen ICX7650-48F-L3-BASE 48-port's running TNR08095m utilizing the same RADIUS configurations and one of then has decided to stop authenticating via RADIUS. No changes, no patches, no issues, uptime is approx. 30 days. Packet captures are showing the RADIUS auth traffic on the issue device is not leaving the router at all - compared to packet capture traffic on the working routers.
We re-created the RADIUS clients multiple times, stripped and re-configured the router RADIUS config with the same and new keys, and reloaded the RADIUS servers. No luck.
**Is there ANY way to restart/ recycle the RADIUS services on the router without reloading the router?
Thanks!

Hi tL888,
Checking into the concern here, it would not be possible to re-start the radius process alone.
Hence restart of the unit would be the way to go, this however may resolve the issue for the moment but would be hard to confirm if the same is fixed or otherwise.
Would suggest that you reach-out to support on the concern as further troubleshooting/diagnosis may be needed.

Unfortunately, we are not currently in a position to reload the router as it supports production. However, we were able to view and clear the radius queues with < show radius radius-queue > and < clear radius radius-queue > and the radius traffic began to leave the router again.

Understood, the clearing of the Radius queues could help, please do monitor the set up.
If there are symptoms of the Trouble reverting, Support would need to take a look for further diagnosis.
