Hi @pankajkondekar

Thank you for sharing the information.

Based on the troubleshooting done, you confirmed, and we saw that after the reset, booting up the Switch, and trying the software recovery process, the failure persists. This Switch unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.

Feel free to contact us via chat, comment you already have a post, copy the link from the post (URL), and paste it into the chat to start the unit replacement.

Hi Pankajkondekar,

Thank you for posting your query !!!

I understand that ICX 7150 is stuck in boot mode and you already tried the reset option and software recovery but the issue remains the same.

I have a question for you here :

1> Did you try to boot the iCX 7150 from the primary and secondary image from the service os try to boot the primary or secondary partition like this: boot_primary or boot_secondary.

If not can you give it a try?

2>From the boot mode the tftp server is reachable i mean can you ping the tftp server from the boot mode of switch?

Note: Could you please confirm for us if you are from Lennar Homes?

Please let us know how it goes.
