We are currently facing an issue with our ICX7150-48P switch, where several ports are showing a PoE fault status. Below are the details:

Issue Summary:
Some ports display “internal h/w fault” under PoE status, while others are functioning normally.

Generally speaking, yes this would require an RMA. Please open a case and we can confirm. Please include output of:

skip

show tech

show inline power

show inline power detail

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps? For example, enable-disable the PoE, firmware upgrade, and rebooting.

Yes, I have already tried the suggested troubleshooting step — enabling and disabling PoE — but unfortunately, the issue persists and the situation remains the same.
