ICX 7150-24P corrupted flash?

Switch lost it's configuration after a power outage.
During boot i am getting the following messages:

Hello, You may try the below procedure for recovery, This will copy a fresh image from tftp server and boot from it incase of a corrupted image.
However, Software recovery should be performed under the supervision of a Ruckus support engineer

Hello, this was a production switch and the issue needed to be delt with asap. We RMA'd it and already have a replacement up and running.
However for the future, is there a procedure for dealing with such issue, cli commands etc.
