Hello everyone, I apologize if my question may seem silly, but I have to configure a ICX 6430-48 switch and I followed the procedure in the instruction manual, so I connected with the hyperterminal using the console cable, I set an IP address, I created a local user, and I activated the web-management ... but when I try to connect via the net with http I can log in but I only get the image of the switch with the LEDs that give me real time the activity of the switch itself (I tried with various browsers and also with different operating systems, and it doesn't change anything). Why doesn't the menu appear to configure the switch via the web? Could it be that there is some problem with the license? Or is there any other passage to do? Thank you all, and sorry again for the banality of my questions.
P.S. I have attached the screenshot of the web page that appears to me.
I hope you are doing fine, your configuration should be fine, you are probably running a previous 8020 version, that is why you are seeing the device picture, if you upgrade to 8020 or latter you should be able to see the regular web gui interface, as you can see from the Features and Standards Support Matrix Guide of 8030, I personally recommend you to run the target path 8030h or the newest 8030t :
Thanks Isaac, I think you are right. In fact I gave the "show version" command and the switch tells me that the software version is "08.0.10mT311". I will update the software and then tell you how it went.
