Hi All,

We have checked this internally. This issue has been fixed, and fix will be available in next standalone firmware refresh for H550.

In the meantime, please follow the workaround if you are upgrading H550 from 116.0.0.0.1506 to Unleashed.

Workaround:

  • Set the FTP server IP to any dummy IP, save the parameters.
  • Try to upgrade again using local upgrade option.

I got it upgraded to Unleashed, followed @Vanquisher 's guide.
My initial version was 116.0.0.0.1506.

Thank you all for reporting this issue. I am able to reproduce this in lab setup.

I will report it to engineering and get it fixed.

In the meantime, please use the workaround as suggested in https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/Community-and-Online-Support/Upgrade-Ruckus-H550-Multimedia-... or use the AP CLI to upgrade the firmware (FTP or TFTP using command line interface).
