i have ruckus r300

Hi @nirben 

The error shows that the AP is failing to connect on port 443. Just to clarify the APs talk and connect to vSZ using port 443 and 22, if there is any firewall between AP and vSZ please allow these two ports. 

 cmrInit:138 Call 'crDefSocketInit()' failed, ip: port:443, ret:124/CR initial socket failed

Hi Nirben,

For that you have to open a support case with RUCKUS support and available engineer can help you.

May I know if this AP needs to join a controller or running on standalone mode?

@syamantakomer it runs standalone mode , and i tried to but they help only for business customers
