I had a ruckus r550 access point installed to help eliminate call disconnects and line degrading with my cell carrier during WiFi calling. It initially worked fine to eliminate 95% of all the problems, however, lately it is problematic as I am having several dropped calls throughout the day and which I noticed the amber light activates on the 5G port. How can I remedy this?

Try to connect to AP (over the wireless or directly connect to 2nd ethernet interface) using a laptop and then access unleashed.ruckuswireless.com
It will give you UI access and you have to login with admin credentials.

How many total APs you have in this network?
Are you using mix of Ruckus and 3rd party APs in the same location?
