I have a ruckus T610...I can ping it but am not able to browse it or ssh... I tried different browsers but in vain.
Does anyone with the hint? please urgent support is needed.
Have you reset it to factory defaults?
Have you tried SSH?
When an AP is adopted to some controllers, the HTTP(S) interface can be disabled.

yes, I reset it and I can ping its default IP but can't SSh or browse it.
That's unusual and it may be that the AP is faulty unfortunately. T-series APs ship with a 12-month hardware warranty to the original owner. If you qualify then I would recommend contacting Ruckus support directly.
