Issue with ping and network latency.

Bandwidth speed decreased using R500 Series AP

I have 3 R500 series in a residents home, Incoming speed from the modem to the router is 100Mbps down, now using wifi we're getting half that. I there anything that we might be missing in the zone director thats reducing our Bandwidth speed?

HTML tags in Terms of Use

Using ZD 1200 (9.9.0.0 build 216) to set up a guest wireless. The Terms of Use page shows up just fine but I'd like to use HTML tags (bold, italic, etc...). Is that possible?
