audiosystem interference

I have a network of ZD3000 and 7 R500 access point in a conference room.
At the same time there is an audio system (Digiwave 2.0) in the conference room.
When audio system turned on there is a lot of packet loss on my wifi network.
When audio system turned off all become ok from the wifi.
After investigation audiosystem use also 2.4GHe band.
Can you give me a solution to fight againt this?

Hi Ismael,

As you might have a different system as Andrea saw, I would suggest to check which channel the audio system uses, and check if that is fixed channel.
And then try the AP configured on a different channel.

Kind regards
Martin

Hello,

From your description that you saw all-band interference, the audio system might use FHSS
which will negatively affect your WiFi in the 2.4GHz band.  If so, Andrea's suggestion to define
all your SSIDs only on 5GHz would likely be a feasible workaround, as most WiFi clients today
have dual-band capabilities.

Rather than 'delete' your topic, I'll mark it as 'answered', thanks!

What type of control you have for your system?
Also please share the specifications of the ZD3000 and 7R500.
Please check the dual band capacity of 2.4Ghz for your system.
