after reset R320...cannot enter ruckus virtual smartzone

hi...i got problem with my 10pcs of my ap ruckus R320..all my ap cannot enter virtual smartzone....before this auto enter virtual smartzone....im using DHCP to get the ssid name..but after connected to ssid "configure-me"..cannot enter web unleashed.ruckuswireless...pls helpphoto_2024-01-31_16-35-34.jpg

Now the AP will contact the SZ and download the firmware. You should be able to see the AP in the staging or default zone (depending on whether you have SZ High Scale or Essentials).

If you still don't see the AP in the SZ, please check if your firewall is blocking communication between the AP and the SZ on ports 443 and 22. Then, get the output of "get scg" from the AP.

Please check if your firewall is blocking communication between the AP and the SZ on ports 443 and 22. Then, get the output of "get scg" from the AP.

how to check firewall blocked ya ??pls guide

Hello,
You will have to contact your firewall administrator or firewall vendor to check it.

You also can open a case in our support portal and a TSE can run the port check from the AP shell to validate it.
