ZD1106 with 8 ZF7372 the AP frequently disconnect every hour

hi, i'm using ZD1106 with 8 zf7372 the AP frequently disconnect every hour.. error shows that all the AP heart beat lost.. any suggestion on this case?

I also had the same problem using ZD3000 and T300 APs. The solution to the issue is upgrading the firmware of ZD3000 from version 9.8.3 to 9.12.2.0.101. Since your AC model is ZD1100, perhaps you can upgrade it to version 9.10.2.0.11. Good luck!

Does your switch have logs?  If so, look for any PoE messages.

i am using unmanaged switch, does it have logs?

Probably not. What is the manufacturer and model of the un-managed switch? Do you have access to another PoE switch? If so, try swapping the switches and see if the Ruckus disconnect symptoms change.
