R850 - poor performance on 2.4

Hi,

We have 60 AP R710/R720/R510/R310

We have replace some R700 with R850 AP

We have a VSZ 6.1.0.0.935 an AP 6.1.0.0.1595

All R850 are connected with Ruckus 2.5 G supported POE+ switch

Internet connection is 1Gb fiber

When we try to connect in 2.4GHz, the mobile devices seems works well with R710/510... only.

On all 7 R850 a any Mobile new or old,  doesn't get the speed above 10 Mb. Most of the times it remains even less than 1 Mb. (sometimes 0.03... I don't know how i can connect to website for testing 😄 )

It's a public space so i can't tweak the client.

Any advice ?

Below are the commands to disable in WLAN specific. 

set wifi6 wlan32 0

set wifi6 wlan0 0

You can do so from the SSID > Advanced options.

You can disable WiFi 6 feature in the advanced configurations of the WLAN:
