Hi there,
You can only get replacement if you have purchased this AP from authorized RUCKUS Partner or reseller.
For the same, please open a Support case and our team should be able to help (if device is purchased from an authorized reseller/partner).

You need to open a ticket with RUCKUS TAC so you can get an RMA for your AP.
