does anyone know it the R320 can also handle 24V DC power rather than 12V as specified?

Hi @jp ,

All Indoor APs comes up with Hardware replacement which included R320 as well, so I would recommend you to raise a RTF RMA with https://support.ruckuswireless.com.

RMA team will share the process for RTF RMA(Return to Factory)
