R150 AP drops signal and reboots constantly throughout the day.

My AP upstairs doesn't work well, hardly at all. I've run through all the basic trouble shooting steps but generally the AP disconnects and drops signal. Sometimes it comes back up sometimes it reboots then then reconnects.
