Internet becomes unavailable and nothing loads

Internet just doesn't load with ruckus. I have another router connected which works just fine. So, my internet provider is not an issue. The issue seems to be with the device. I have even updated it via unleased to the latest update. Can you please help?

If your MAC does not have a USB port, you would need an adapter or a different computer.

Since the host has an IP address and it can ping the Internet, please follow the steps on the suggested youtube video.
