Internet becomes unavailable and nothing loads

Internet just doesn't load with ruckus. I have another router connected which works just fine. So, my internet provider is not an issue. The issue seems to be with the device. I have even updated it via unleased to the latest update. Can you please help?

Hey, let me ask you some questions:

  • Does your device get an IP address when connected to RUCKUS?
  • Can you ping 8.8.8.8?
  • Can you ping google.com?

If the answer to the three questions above is YES, then review this youtube video from RUCKUS Education to troubleshoot further.

With regards,

Hello,

I also see this in unleased dashboard. Please find the attachment. So I tried to follow this guide on my mac - https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Support-for-Lennar-Homes/How-to-console-in-the-ICX-71.... But not able to see /dev/cu.SiLabs_Serial under /dev. Can you please help?
the requests are timing out some time and some times they work:

Forgot to attache this in earlier post.

One more thing to note for switch to mac connectivity is that my mac doesn't have usb port.
