ZoneFlex 2942 is stuck and unable to hard reset

I had hold the hard reset button for 10 seconds but nothing happen. Please help.

After factory reset, I cannot reconnect back to my ZF2942 anymore. Tried holding hard reset for 3mins but no luck.

Just AIR and WAN LEDs are on. Do you mean holding the Hard reset or Soft Reset button for 2-3 minutes?
