I had hold the hard reset button for 10 seconds but nothing happen.
Please help.

Have you tried pressing and holding the reset button for like 2 or 3 minutes?

If not try it and see if it helps. Sometimes they come back from this.

Which LEDs are ON? All or just some?

Just AIR and WAN LEDs are on.
Do you mean holding the Hard reset or Soft Reset button for 2-3 minutes?

After factory reset, I cannot reconnect back to my ZF2942 anymore. Tried holding hard reset for 3mins but no luck.
