Hello My ruckus icx 7150 c12p POE on all port does not work anymore. Checked on my switch and it still under warranty. How do i go about processing warranty exchange.

Please provide a photo showing the status of the lights and the full switch panel with cable connections to the switch ports.

Thank you for the response and the information.
Based on the cabling and the current LED status, the RUCKUS Switch appears to be in a normal state. However, please try unplugging the Access Points (AP) Ethernet cables from their current switch ports and reconnecting them to any other available ports within the 1–12 range (refer to the screenshot below). Once completed, please check if the Access Points gets powered on via RUCKUS Switch PoE.
