ruckus icx 7150 c12p POE on port not working

Hello My ruckus icx 7150 c12p POE on all port does not work anymore.  Checked on my switch and it still under warranty. How do i go about processing warranty exchange.

To better assist you, could you please provide the following information:

1. Can you confirm if your RUCKUS setup was previously operational, and if there were any power outages before the issue began?
2. When your switch is connected to the outlet, do you observe any illuminated lights (amber or green)? Kindly describe which lights are visible. Additionally, please provide a photo showing the status of the lights and the full switch panel with cable connections to the switch ports.

Hello,

My RUCKUS Switch was working properly before POE stopped working on all ports. No power outages at the time it stopped working. I've already trouble shoot all port with othe POE devices and still not working. Cycle the switch with no change. I had to install couple of power injector so I can get power to my access points. Every other device that's not POE is working properly and showing green and amber for devices of 100mb.
