Ruckus switch not working

I had a power outage and trying to restore internet. Ruckus switch has orange and green light on but no activity at the 3 access points on each floor in my town house. This has happened before and it took several hours to work again. Need help.

I started reading some other comments, pressed reset button and it worked.
