I cannot complete the software as the unit does not power on so I cannot establish a connection. While working through the software instructions I cannot get past the putty piece as it times out trying to connect.
Yes I did try the factory reset. The results were the unit flickered lights and then nothing else occurred. the link to perform software recovery takes me to a “url not found” error screen.
